They don't integrate with category level, no one is going to click a product that says out of stock on category level.
Been paying $5 a month for years only to figure out that they have sent 0, yes ZERO, messages all of these years. 6,000+ messages have been pending. I expect them to reach out to me in this case and explain there is an issue instead of me having to figure out that thier app is not working. I am sure they will claim that I didn't do setup correctly or didn't do some action but why take my money all of these years and do nothing to help me?

This app is fine if you just want to send manually and to your whole list. I have used it for years and years. Lately I've been wanting to send automatically or in batches, but this app isn't working well at all. The system actually sent 150 people a notification, when there was just one item added to stock. Big mistake that cost me thousands in revenue. I reached out and the developers were working on it for days, but they never found the solution. Then, this happened again! That's why I'm leaving for now.
I was charged $5 immediately after installing the app, but the app did not take effect in my store. I have deleted it.
Hi - thanks for your review. It appears that you already installed the app at an earlier date, which is when the free trial was used. We were excited about the SMS features BUT in testing the SMS feature texts are not being received on phones using Spring & T-Mobile & Google Fi. Tech Support has NOT been able to fix or isolate this issue.
Developer installed the app and I am currently sitting with NO add to cart button on any of my product sales pages losing sales by the minute. PLEASE SOMEONE CONTACT ME TO FIX THIS ISSUE, I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED WITH NO RESPONSE.
We started out absolutely loving this App and the great support. However, we had an issue about a month ago that we contacted them to urgently look into and haven't received a single reply. We have sent at least 4 follow up messages and still have not had a reply. Very disappointing; we are now looking into an alternative.
