Pabloo makes it super easy to handle store credit. I love that we can use store credit, gift cards, and cash back all together. It connected with our other apps without any trouble, and it’s made refunds and running sales much simpler. The cash back tool is very interesting, it's our first time using it yet I'm already seeing the results. This tool is the best.

Our team is loving Pabloo! They helped us through a seamless migration process and Emad and team provided plenty of support for our small team despite the challenges of migrating over from Rise. The Pabloo team has also been excited and quick to build out new features upon request that have enhanced our membership program and have helped us retain shoppers at a much better rate than our old partner. Can't wait to continue building our program with Pabloo!

We've been with one of the major cashback apps since we've started the company. Thank the lord for Pabloo, because we aren't any more! Pabloo, hands down, is the most nimble and fastest sub system I've seen in the Shopify ecosystem. The team is second to none. I've been in ecom for 12+ years and they are by far setting the standard to become a Tier 1 player. Store credit is a super helpful for any consumer business, don't sleep on Pabloo no matter what vertical you're in.

I’m really impressed with this app! The design is beautifully laid out, easy to navigate, and everything feels well thought out. The product descriptions are clear and detailed, which made it simple to choose exactly what I needed. The checkout process was smooth and fast, and I appreciated the little touches that show how much care has been put into the customer experience. Despite my limited knowledge on store credit, I was still able to pick it up. This app does a great job showing how to offer store credit. With Pabloo, I was able to give several customers store credit instead of a direct refund. The customers were completely happy with it and some even repurchased immediately. Thank you.

Would give 0 stars if I could! It doesn't works at all! It is GLITCHY And the Customer service when you try to get them to fix it- they just tell you to UPGRADE YOUR PLAN. What?!!! Pay more money for an app that already isn't working? SO UPSETTING. -Angry Store Owner

This is how we're using the Pabloo app, mainly for cashback credit when my customers make their purchases so that they come back to shop again. Our customers are able to see their balance and all of their activities from my website and the UI is clean and easy to understand for non technical people. We have had the cashback campaign live for a while now and seeing healthy results. We didn't have to pay for anything to use the app so that's good for us.

Glitchy, horrible customer service, wouldn't allow for a block on the customers page, would save the settings I applied to the customization area, wouldnt allow me to upload the template, and customer service is MIA. I am searching for a new app to replace this as we speak. SO FRUSTRATING

Mostly for watch refunds. We are using this app when customers want refunds for their watch purchases. They have the option to choose store credit, and they prefer it because they are able to buy another watch with that store credit refund. Giving this app 10 out of 10!

I've been trying out this app for store credit. So far, I've issued a few refunds via the app for some out-of-stock merch. My customers quickly understood the tech and how to redeem their store credit. Postive experience.

Pabloo offers high customizations when creating the cashback. I haven't use the other tools yet, however the cashback is worth its wieght. I've configured a mulitple tier structure, so customers can get more cashback based on their spending amount. I spoke with the Pabloo support team and can vouch for them. All around great experience.

We discovered this on accident. Giving store credit to bring customers back to our shop. This works because Pabloo sends text messages about their store credit balance has been updated. and then they visit the app within the same day, and make their purchase that same week! It's been working a lot better than I hoped.

Saw this app on instagram and had to check it out. First thoughts, the app is intuitive. When creating the memberships, it provided with fairly good templates and naming practices. The store credit is easy to understand for customers and easy to navigate for my team.

I tried too many app about the store credit widgets but I just get everything I want about store credit widgets from this app. And I must say customer service is always helpful and amazing. They are helping about anything you need.

There is a huge problem with the Pabloo store credit app and US State Sales Tax collection. Pabloo utilizes a discount on the POS sales receipt instead of an alternate payment method when applying store credit to a sale. This discount goes against the total ticket price and lowers sales tax collection by the amount of credit applied against the ticket! This means for users not aware of how this works, you are selling taxable goods without collecting sales tax! Store credit is not a tax exempt payment method... For example if you sold a ticket at $1,000.00 in taxable goods, and they had a $500 store credit - at a 10% state tax rate - the total tax collected should be $100.00. Once Pabloo applies the $500 store credit as a discount, the calculated value of the ticket is now $500 and only charges $50 in sales tax. As the owner of the store - You are responsible for the other $50 in uncollected sales tax!!!
