The app did nothing to improve performance. When I attempted to uninstall, it left other apps not performing on my site (my new customer form and product reviews no longer function). Shopify confirmed it was due to code from this app screwing up those features. Now I'm left to sort that out because customer support is not responding.

Customer support is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to customer support for the past two months, but there has been no response. I have never experienced this kind of careless support from any app. I am facing cache issues, some functions are not working on some devices, and some features are visible on some devices but not on others.

Scammy and Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs! Charged my account after I uninstalled and I have tried to send messages to get help with fixing and no help and it's almost been a week. It's messing up my shopify website and other billing subscriptions. Do not download and install!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and find another app. You deserve better than shady billing practices and ignored support requests.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been reaching out trying to get help with numerous things since I started using the app and I have never received a response.

I think no one is working on this. I was interested in purchasing the paid plan, but for 4 business days I received 0 support.

Terrible support, due to no support, removed the app and it left code in the site that broke features in my store. Had Shopify support involved with the issue and they responded several days later "we refunded the customer" leaving no regard to get the code removed from my website.
I am sorry for not getting back in time. As of today, your issue seems to be solved. Please let me know if we can help any further.

Altdaten im Quellcode nach löschen der App. Das führte zu verschiedenen Shop Fehler. Es wurde unteranderem kein Favicon mehr angezeigt und andere Apps wurde im Hintergrund blockiert (z.b. Klaviyo). Damit ist man praktisch gezwungen, die App dauerhaft zu nutzen, weil es sonst zu Problemen im Shop kommt.

This is a total rip-off! They billed my account with an excessive amount. streetmodestore.com Don't argue with them about this, otherwise they will cleverly bill you.

It simply make all your images to fake board at the first loading, then make lazy loading to img, BUT in may cases java have failing and images not show up. page speed goes up immediately but it totally ruin the view overall. second thig: it makes 1K back links from one IP. And support is not answering at all.

I have attempted to contact support repeatedly via both chat and email for several days, with no response. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially for an app that handles crucial aspects of an online store. While the app may have potential, the complete lack of support makes it unreliable for professional use. I would advise developers to drastically improve their customer service if they want to be taken seriously in the Shopify market. Unless you are willing to troubleshoot every issue yourself, I suggest looking for alternatives with more responsive customer support.

"I'm extremely frustrated with Flash Speed Optimizer. As a paid subscriber, I expected my store to be fully optimized, but there's still a 30% unoptimized score on mobile. This is a serious issue since most of my visitors come from mobile, and it's directly impacting my business negatively. Despite multiple emails and chat messages, I've received zero response. This level of neglect is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to optimize my store and compensation for the damage done to my business due to their inaction. Do not trust this app if you value your business!"

This developer doesn't respond to questions on slack or email. I need technical help and I have questions about usage fees. I've had the app for a little over a week now and my website speed hasn't improved. I will be cancelling this subscription before I'm hit with more usage fees.

Very expensive and misleading, money pit. It does what they say, but at an unreasonable and unexpected price, way above $19.90 they advertise. Also, they raised their base prices without warning, when I installed, the base price was $9.90

App seemed to be doing a great job, then about 2-4 weeks ago the page speed dropped. I've tried three times to contact support, but no one has gotten back to me.

Unable to reach anyone. App not working. The comparison page speed does not load at all. Tried emailing 3 times no response. Also if you have something like Pagefly, it will cause issues.

BAIT & SWITCH - There is NO FREE TRIAL!! Do NOT download this app!! They offer a "FREE" trial but in fine print there's up to $40 in usage fees. Zero clue what that was. I immediately removed app. Unsure how this ever got approved. UPDATE: Yes you didn't charge my account because I caught your little scam of $40 usage fees for a free trial and as clearly stated above - deleted the app. Thanks for the sexist mansplaining tho. UPDATE 2: This guy stalked me on Instagram and started DMing me. I had to block him. THEN he removed his old reply and came here and starts again. This is BEYOND unprofessional and downright creepy. It's VERY alarming you've become so unhinged over a negative review about FACTS. And yes I did use the app. I downloaded it - saw the usage fee of up to $40 when there was ZERO visible explanation and so I deleted it. The ONLY thing your non stop replies and stalking me on another platform does is prove my point - DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app!
Dear Karen, first of all, we didn't charge your store any single dollar. Thus, I don't understand why you didn't ask our support team through E-mail or Slack about the usage fees, before leaving a bad review. There is a 7 day trial but you uninstalled our app after 5 minutes - thus your review doesn't seem to be based on experience. Please get back to us and I am happy to explain everything in detail Update: sorry, I just tried to help. A 1 star review for not using our app after all, without contacting us to explain it just doesn't seem fair. The 7 day trial is completely free up and there are no charges in that period except if you pass 10.000 requests. Then a $4 charge applies up to a maximum of $40 - which equals 100.000 requests

Really disappointed in the support with this app. I sent two emails to support, no reply. I joined the slack channel back on 7/11 - Marc responded & requested access to my site, which I promptly approved. Since then - no response. My site speed dropped dramatically and I started to get errors in SEMrush. Was just looking for a little guidance, and Marc seems to be overwhelmed or just MIA. Fine... but your app isn't working and I'm not going to pay for it.
