This app is ok but does have a few flaws that make it a dealbreaker for us (may not be for you). We've been using this app for 3 months now and have processed hundreds of returns with it. We deal with a lot of large quantities with our products. Customers almost never just order one item. It's usually 10-70. So with returns, customers may request to return, say, 15 items. We approve the return and they ship the return to us. We open the box and we count 12 items in the box instead of 15. This app has no way to adjust the return quantity if the number returned doesn't match the number requested (this was confirmed with their support). We end up having to calculate the math on the refund amount manually, and that's time consuming (plus prone to errors). Unfortunately, our search for the perfect return app continues.
