Customer service is excellent, and the Shopify integration is straightforward. However, the customer flow is only seamless when the refund is returned to the original payment method. When selecting discounts, store credit, or other alternatives, the flow duplicates the shipping requirements and incorrectly totals the refund instead of applying the chosen discount.
