it's really good app with awesome support.
It's just perfect for now! I hope it continues this way. It's fast, efficient, very polite, and free! Don't keep searching; this is the right app :)
great app, very easy to nasvigate.
Shop just went live. Support to get app configured has been excellent.
I was unable to set this up. I am simply not tech savvy and only received links to instructions pages when I requested set up assistance.

This apps seems to do it all. Allows you to customize your returns and exchange options. It also has a built in shipping/returns policy. I contacted Parcel Panel Returns & Exchange at 9:30 pm, not sure what i was expecting, but was pleasantly surprised when Dee responded. I had a question about branding and Dee was very helpful, polite and awesome to chat with all while helping me quickly. The entire interaction was less than five minutes. Turns out, not only is this a good app to use but their customer service is great too.
I just downloaded the app and so far it has been easy to setup. I had an issue an Donna was quick to respond and fix the issue for me.
Great start! I'll review again later or reach out to support if needed, although it may not be necessary. Thank you!
I just had the most helpful conversation with a real customer service person. It was refreshing speaking to someone real and how quickly she answered my questions. Not to mention, how easy this app is to navigate.
it was great fast communication
