AMAZING customer service. New to using the app but I am shocked how easy the set up is and how quickly their team gets back to me with any help needed. The interface is really clean and exactly what I've needed for exchange orders.

We have installed the app only yesterday and are extremly happy with it so far. We will update this review once we use it more, but to be honest I am 100% we will be very happy. I wanted to point out however that customer service is incredible! We had several questions during setup and were not only helped immediatley, but also the customer service was extremly friendly, very well prepared and went beyond to help us customize the exprience for our customers. highly recommend!

Okay, 2 words to describe this app: SIMPLY AMAZING I took time to work with the app to setup all the point before leaving my review. This app is just wonderfull, and the customers service is fast, so fast. I recommend to every e-commerce store on shopify to use the app to setup their returns. You will love it. A special thanks to Donna for her quick help every time I have a question.
