We had an initial issue where the app incorrectly synced an address from our Shopify order - it parsed a flat number and street address but dropped part of the address line, which caused a delivery delay right before Christmas. However, what happened next completely changed our view of Parcel2Go: - Their support team reached out proactively after seeing our feedback - They immediately acknowledged the bug in their Shopify integration rather than deflecting - They actively monitored the parcel and liaised with the courier - The parcel was delivered on Christmas Eve - crisis averted! - They asked us to provide screenshots to help their dev team fix the bug for everyone This is how customer support should work. Yes, the bug shouldn't have happened, but their response was exemplary. They took ownership, made it right, and are working to prevent it happening again. We'll continue using Parcel2Go - a company that handles problems this well has earned our trust.
