A wonderful app which really helps for stores like ours where shipping can get complex! Super helpful with great functionality and customer support is excellent - Alex helped me install the app and answered my queries and questions quickly and in detail, while being super friendly and welcoming 10/10 stars!

I cannot recommend Parcelify enough. Setting up a store with highly specific shipping needs and a large catalog is a daunting task, but this app handles it flawlessly. It is incredibly extensive and manages my complicated shipping rates across different countries with ease. What truly sets them apart, however, is the customer service. The support I’ve received while setting up our store has been absolutely spectacular. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. If your business has complex shipping requirements, this is easily one of the most essential tools you can have in your Shopify stack.

OMG. So hard to use. First step is to set my shipping location. But there is NO button for the shipping location.
Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Our support team is trying to connect with you to help you sort through this confusion. You're right, our documentation does say the first step is adding a location. For shops like yours, which do not have Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) this step isn't necessary. All shipping rates are connected to your default location. We'll get our documentation fixed. In the mean time we'll keep trying to connect with you.
