I needed an app that could restrict FREE SHIPPING to only my city. After paying for an annual contract on the basic plan, I was able to get Real-Time Carrier Shipping for free and this free app worked perfectly for what I needed. Christian responded quickly to a question I had and got me all the information I needed. -Easy to setup/configure ✓ -Does what it says it does (helps create certain shipping rule modifications) ✓ -Great, timely support ✓ -Free ✓

Hey. This is a great app and does exactly what I want. If you have the basic plan installed, you can get round the carrier API requirement by upgrading to annual billing and having it added, so there's no need to be on an advanced plan. :)

Definitely the best app when you need to have more control over your shipping rates. The most amazing thing about this app is that you can do way more with it than with most other apps similar to this (at least the ones I've tried) and that all for free.

Totally amazing! This is the missing piece of the puzzle you need if you need to do things like exclude items from Free Shipping or want avoid entering hundreds or thousands of weight based rates for a carrier that does not have a real time rate calculator for Shopify.

AMAZING app! Definitely recommended. Accomplished exactly what I was looking for, which was to be able to set up different shipping prices based on either price or weight, with filters to know what rate to show if the cart had both! Christian was extremely helpful in helping me set this up, and was very responsive to all my questions (and I had a lot of them!) even though it was very late at night. Still don't know how it can be FREE, but I'm not complaining. :) Thanks again Christian!

Wonderful app! We are migrating our wholesale company to Shopify and I needed a way to to be able to charge a shipping surcharge for a few large, oversized items. I was about to lose hope when someone mentioned this in one of the online forums. This app allows you to do this and it works perfectly! Also, Christian is very responsive and answered my questions within minutes of emailing him. Considering that this app is free, I was like "WHAAA!??" As others have mentioned, you do need to have Real Time Carrier Rates enabled, which is part of Shopify's $299/month plan; however, I was able to call support and they informed me that as long as I paid for a year in advance of any plan (even the lowest plan offered) they would enable it for me without paying for the advanced plan.

Christian offers a really fast support, remember this app is at no costs! Great app! Needed to have various shipping rates per postcode and managed to achieve that with Parcelify. I wasn't familiar with regex and still not but figured out things! Thumb up!

Very simple to use, author responded very quickly with 2 queries. We sell heavy items, so weight and location are important factors when calculating our delivery costs. We use a regex string of postcodes to determine a buyers location - takes time to write up but once it's done, it's done!

Does a great job for what we want it for which was offering free shipping within a specific UK set of post codes. Christian was quick to respond to our questions and we got the store running straight away. As you might see in other reviews, if you want to use this with the Basic shopify package just pay for Shopify annually (just go to Admin -> Account -> Change Billing Period -> Annual) and then ask for the Real-Time Shipping API to be enabled by support.

Was able to install and configure on the Lite plan with Real Time Shipping enabled A La Cart, but the option is not being presented to me as a test user with a filtered ZIP code. UPDATED: Total 5-Star. The developer was VERY responsive to helping and we figured out it was a caching bit on the various sites. This works GREAT for local delivery/pickup by Zip codes! Please keep up the good work and support on this little Jewel!

Absolutely fantastic App and a must for anyone wanting more control over their shipping rates. I have been able to set shipping rates with filters for; weight, price, country, postcode all in one rate and they work seamlessly. I have spoken with Christian who responded to my email query within a few hours and advised me on what filters to use for my needs. 100% recommend this App!!!
