Parcelify: Shipping Rates

We installed this app a couple of months ago and it has been incredible! It's easy to use, accurate, and the assistance/guidance during set-up was amazing (thank you, Alex!). Alex provided step-by-step set up instructions for exactly what our store needed, and even figured out a work-around for an automated shipping discount. Amazing product and support!

Only way I have found to deal with dimensional weight and special issues. Works great and easy to add new things. Best of all support is exceptional.

I've used this App for multiple Client stores. Gives you more fine control to get Bespoke shipping. I use specifically the Third Party Carrier Calculated Rates. There is normally a bit of configuring you'll need to do with Shopify and the Parcelify team. They are both always very helpful and have awesome support!

By far the best shipping rates application out there. We have very complex restrictions on what products can be sold in what territories due to a vast majority of our products being produced under license from companies such as Disney. With Parcelify we have been able to set rules based on tags to achieve exactly what we needed. Another benefit of Parcelify is that when an issue does (rarely) occur, then the response is really fast and the issue is quickly resolved. I've been speaking directly with Richard, one of the co-founders, and he was extremely helpful with working out what went wrong and is very open to feedback on how things can be improved. The only thing that would take this app to the next level would to be able to make changes in bulk to the shipping rates, as at the moment we would have to go manually through all of them and due to us having rates for every individual country this is a lot of work. But I know Parcelify are planning to bring out a lot of features in the future so the app is just going to get better and better!

Is the only option available to create rules based on distance without using zipcodes. Support is very good also.

This application is essential in any store that has multiple product categories. Without it it would be almost impossible to control the rates of the deliveries of our products. Is has some complexity, but the customer service is helpful and responds pretty fast. It's highly recommended.

Great app once you understand the filters to customize many different product rates, plus country rates for our business. Support team is friendly and great to help get you set up.

Works perfectly for our needs. We needed to offer free shipping, but exclude a certain subset of products, and Parcelify did the trick. Easy to setup and configure!

You can create really powerful shipping rules with Parcelify, and the support team are super helpful and quick to respond - even helping troubleshoot errors in any rules we have set up!

Our site uses a large variety of shipping methods. Of which all get affected by whether or not the item is or is not in stock. The Parcelify App so far seems to be doing a great job of making the shipping side of our site a better experience for our customers, as well as making our lives much easier to manage it. But most of all I have to say a big thank you to Aaron who did a fantastic job of getting us going. Top class customer service!

Flexible app with great service! Allows for the variables we need to ship our furniture all over the country and control the customer experience and pricing.

So far so good. The support is 5 stars! Got my shipping rules set up with ease and it seems a lot less complicated than many other options I tried. Haven't gone live with the migration yet, but the few tests so far have worked well.

Exceptional app. Super stable, and deceptively powerful. We have free local delivery set up along with specific shipping rates for different areas in the UK. I really can't fault this app at all. We've been using it for well over year now and if you're looking for something to sort out your shipping, you need this. It's really good value too. I haven't used the support, so can't comment on that but that says something in itself. Sure, you need to put in an hour or so to figure it out - but it's pretty simple once you get used to it. You also need to be on a Shopify plan that supports carrier rates but if you pay for a basic plan annually, they'll activate it for you if you contact Shopify support. Update - after years of faithful service from this app, today we had an issue. Support was helpful and the issue got fixed (in fact it was nothing to do with the app, something changed on the Shopify end). I always think you can't really rate an app until something goes wrong and you get to see how it gets fixed. Suffice to say, I'm sure I'll be using this app for years to come.
