CWILL Order Tracking

Hi Zoe, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all merchant concerns regarding tracking accuracy seriously and want to provide clear transparency on our system audit: Verified Carrier Data: Our technical audit confirmed that our system’s tracking status for your Youwei and BYT orders matches the official carrier tracking websites 100%. Our app reflects data directly from the couriers, so if a carrier has not issued new scans, those delays originate at the carrier level. Storefront Display Setting: The blank page issue on your storefront occurred because the "Tracking Results" toggle was turned off on your end within your app admin settings (our backend logs confirm no changes were made by our support team). Toggling this back on immediately restores visibility to your customers. Exception Logic: Auto-sync pauses primary status polling on carrier delivery alerts to preserve system resources and automatically updates once the courier logs a final "Delivered" scan. This is to serve as a reminder to you and your customers. However, granular shipment sub-statuses continue to update in real time as the carrier pushes new data. We stand behind the accuracy of our platform and wish your business the best. Best regards, The CWILL Support Team
