Polumi review for CWILL Order Tracking
I cannot recommend this service to merchants who consider reliable technical support and clear migration assistance important. For clarity, this review concerns my experience as a long-term paying TrackingMore customer during the announced migration from TrackingMore to CWILL. I did not proceed with CWILL after this experience and only installed the CWILL app briefly, which is why Shopify may show very limited usage time for the app. I have been a paying TrackingMore customer for months, and my experience with the announced migration from TrackingMore to CWILL has been extremely disappointing. TrackingMore is now informing Shopify merchants that its Shopify app will be retired and that customers need to migrate to CWILL Tracking. Since this affects a live tracking system used by my customers, I contacted TrackingMore support before migrating and asked several basic but operationally important questions about carrier synchronization, Shopify synchronization, shipment notifications, historical data, what settings would be transferred, and what would need to be configured again. Their support representative did not properly answer these questions. I was first told that I would have to “set-up everything again.” Then, when I asked for clarification and additional technical information, I was repeatedly told to contact CWILL support instead. I explicitly pointed out that I am a paying TrackingMore customer and that this migration exists because TrackingMore is retiring its own Shopify application. Their final suggestion was essentially to activate a CWILL trial and determine myself whether it meets my requirements. What makes this worse is that the TrackingMore dashboard says that my existing setup is “packaged and ready” and can be imported into CWILL “in one click,” which directly contradicts the statement from support that everything needs to be set up again. This is not a minor issue. Tracking affects customer-facing shipment information, automated notifications, and store operations. Merchants need precise answers before migrating a production system. After months of paying for TrackingMore, I expected proper support for a migration that TrackingMore/CWILL themselves are requiring. Instead, I received unanswered questions, contradictory information, and responsibility being passed between support teams. Based on this experience, I have decided not to continue with CWILL and will move to another provider.
