Just had a chat with Lexie, who helped me to solve my issue in literally one minute. This is top-notch service :) Now about the app: I love the dropshipping mode that will let you exclude several phrases from the tracking details. Another feature I heve not seen often, is the opton to manually translate (or exchange) standard tracking messages to your personal liking. All in one: I am super happy with this app and defenitelyy going to keep it :)
