I installed the app 2 days ago. I needed support twice, the service was fast and efficient. 2 days is still a short time, but I'm testing... As of today Feb 26, 2022, I keep making changes to tailor Parcel Panel Order for the demanding Japanese consumer here in Japan. Competition is also very strong in the field of online stores for selling furniture. This requires excellent service. Support is helping me in every detail.

Great thing to have when you don't have a lot of order just starting out. Plus you can remove the branding with just one click. Customer service is always there. Works well for the basic features I need.

Needed a simple solution for our customers to track their order quickly on our website. This app is great and easy to use. Excellent fast support if you need so. Wish it had more customization options though. Also wish we could edit the code.

The tracking page works well and their support is responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues. I had a Google Search Console error from their page, and the Parcel Panel support team requested collaborator access and resolved in about a day. Very positive experience.

would leave 1 star if I could. signed up on a free plan which is supposed to have a quota of 20, however after installing the app it showed 0 as quota available. Very misleading money grabbers. Stay well away!!!

So far, so good. Price is right for the amount of orders I get. Support helped me understand the system better. I really like the branded Tracking Page and notification feature, would highly recommend for dropshippers.
