The app works really well and their support is really quick and helpful. I had some orders that were not tracking correctly. Their support got back to me the same day and had it sorted. Plus their pricing is better than other tracking apps I've used.

I use Parcel Pannel from January and it's working really good with ali express track. You can chosse a lot of others delivery companies. I had a problem with my website a few days ago and they reply quicly and they fix the problem with my front-end. I recommand.

The app is wonderful, just what I was needing for my store, it was set up very quickly and their customer service team helped me very quickly to resolve an issue with the synchronization of the packages. I recommend it

Lexie one of their customer support representatives is amazing. All our questions were answered professionally and very kindly. She has shown no signs of frustration through any questions, and provided screenshots and articles. Anyone who gets Lexie as their customer support is in for a treat. Besides the excellent customer service, this apps offers you everything you need and personally we recommend it over their Aftership and Tracktor Order Tracking any day. If you're looking for an intuitive all around simple platform, then don't waste your time on other apps and go with these guys!

So far I'm loving this app. Service has been great - they even noticed that the page wasn't completely matched with the theme (which I didn't) and changed it. Looks great now

Really nice app helps me track all orders at once , also the customer support is great they made some custom coding for my theme!

Really useful app. The tracking feature that you can add to your store is super helpful and gives the customer a good user experience that looks very professional. Would highly recommend.

Finally found a reliable and easy-to-use tracking app. One of the main reason I considered this app was it compatibility with Judge.me review app. Pricing is also reasonable. Simple and functional. Please keep up the great work guys!

App is good, no need of a developer to set up this but it's costly 19 USD just for 500 order is costly for me.

This app charge like a premium amount but they don't offer accurate tracking of partially fulfilled order we are taken there 399$ plan but it is not worth for us if you fulfilled your order partially then other order will not show when the customer track order through their app, we paid 399$ to them and we got lots of complaints and negative reviews too which is effected our brand value as well so we would suggest go and try some other apps their plan is like a premium amount you won't get good features. If you care about your brand value and you have a stable business.

When an order contains several fulfillments like fulfillment 1 and fulfillment 2, order F1 and F2 will be correspondingly displayed on your Tracking Page, so that when your customers track this order, they can click F1 and F2 to check different item's status. Actually, after your installation, ParcelPanel synced almost 40000 orders for you in total and it worked very well, your customers tracked their orders almost 30,000 times through ParcelPanel Tracking Service. Yesterday, you insisted on asking us for a refund. We hope you to provide some screenshots of ParcelPanel's poor work, but did not receive any relevant response. Look forward to your reply

This app is really straight forward as compared to other Tracking Page. After the initial installation, I had some issues loading my carrier's updates and contacted them. They managed to solved my issues within 1 day turnaround. Please give it a try!

By far the best tracking app in terms of value / price. I really like the estimated arrival time date (so do my customers). Great customer support. I just miss more analytics about my shipping (average delivery time by country, slit per postal services, ...).

OMG this app totally KICKS BUTT!!!! I mean, I can't believe how awesome it is compared to the other lame app I was using PLUS it costs less PLUS the support is AMAZING>>>> FIVE STARS!!!!!
