does its job, basically. Careful, it does NOT cover the detailed tracking status translation. The "Tracking translation strings" function described here doesn't work: https://docs.parcelpanel.com/article/6#Part%203.%20Translation%20strings It can only translate a full string (without any auto generated names in it, such as city names, country names etc...). Therefore any tracking status including an auto generated word (at least 50% of the tracking status), can't be translated properly. I hope it can be fixed someday, you guys just need to allow a "partial" tracking status string translation. I am not a soft dev myself but it doesn't seem to be a huge challenge.

I used this app to help my customers keep track of their shipping without having to send them to the china post website for tracking. It works seamlessly well with my store's theme and I am able to restrict the Ali shipping and any trace or indication that its aliexpress. After using the app for about a week I am so grateful. There was a slight issue that I noticed with the tracking on mobile devices and support did a coding fix and resolved it. So now every user will have a great experience with this app. The best app to download by far UPDATE DEC 16. I made a mistake and deleted this app thinking that another app was better. I was wrong and regretted it. Like the prodigal son I returned to the best tracking app that you can use to give your site a premium experience with your customers. UPDATE JAN 4 2020: I was seduced by a fancier looking app and deleted this one to go with the fancier looking app and regretted it right away. This is truly the best, most cost effective order tracking app and they are very helpful. I will never leave again.

Hi, I checked your ParcelPanel Account, the tracking shows pending because the courier Matching is not configured in the right way. To make it right and solve your problem, you can match your Shopify Courier with Deutsche Post DHL and re-synced your order again in the dashboard. Our auto courier detect system choose Cainiao as the courier because many dropshippers are using our APP, so if they do not set up the courier match, we will do it this way. Now we support 500+ couriers, so the NO.1 problem of untraceable package is coused by the wrong courier matching, so, please install our app again and set up the courier matching. This problem will be fixed. Btw, our work time is 9:00-20:30 GMT+8, we are glad to help.

That's why I reply to your email today. For Royal Mail Tracking, we really do not support this courier. They don't provide API for us. You can check other third-party platforms such as TrackingMore, Aftership, 17track. None of them support Royal Mail tracking. I understand your feeling and this one-star review. I promise you our team will reply email within 2 working days from now on. Besides, we really do not have many holidays in China. Hope we can cooperate again. Best Regards.
