For now - great. The quickest support I've ever seen. App is quite easy to understand and gives a lot of possibilities. We are waiting for adding third-party courier. Good to know, that there is a possibility of adjusting courier list to your needs.

I totally recommend the parcel panel app maybe there is just one issue that it doesn't track or it have slow updates on the italian carrier le poste italiane

W's in the chat, I asked for them giving me extra quota, and they did that + removing the branding. + The GIF's section is so funny, I love that. definitely worth it, I have used it for my previous store, its tracking page layout is so professional and neat.

You need this app to keep your customers on your website and give them the required updates on the shipments. You dont want to send them directly to the courriers tracking page this is much more professional. and they have a lovely customer service team really fast and responsive and helpful. thank you Jessca for your help
