My order contains 2 shipments, but only one tracking number can show on the Orders Page. Lara is helpful to give me advice that maybe I can do a suborder in Shopify, but not sure if it works. But anyway, Lara is nice.

Just had a chat with Lexie, who helped me to solve my issue in literally one minute. This is top-notch service :) Now about the app: I love the dropshipping mode that will let you exclude several phrases from the tracking details. Another feature I heve not seen often, is the opton to manually translate (or exchange) standard tracking messages to your personal liking. All in one: I am super happy with this app and defenitelyy going to keep it :)

The Parcel Panel app is awesome. I used another app to track my orders, but these days I use the parcel panel. The price of app is affordable for small businesses and the support service is excellent. I love how Lexie has helped me whenever I need help.
