I’ve been using the Parcely app for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the best apps out there! It’s super easy to use and makes managing deliveries a breeze. The customer service is fantastic—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Plus, the free installation was a huge bonus; the team set everything up for me without any hassle. If you’re looking for a reliable, top-notch app for your shipping needs, Parcely is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately they created something that is sometimes working, sometimes not, at least this is what we experienced using their Foxpost integration. Also the fact that we need to wait about 15-30 minutes after each change in the settings makes the developer experince terrible. Rather should be a little more expensive in exchange for a normally working plugin.
I can see that you reached out to our support three times, and I answered, but I think you never got my replies (please check your spam folder). I even reached out to you from my personal email address. I'm sure your store is missing some important settings and that's why app does not work correctly. Please reach back to me and I will set everything up for you.

So far this is a great product. I find it very helpful. But the best thing and a perfect example to all the Apps - Customer Service. Outstanding, 110% best. Team is here to support and help out quickly when support is needed. Install this app and enjoy the luxury of having a help with all the setup. RECOMMEND!!!

Good application, alowing for better customer/user experience than other pick up point apps that force you to pick the delivery location only after a payment is done. Haven't found a better option when you do not have shopify plus.
