Using Passport has taken the hassle out of international shipping. They calculate all the duties and neither we nor our customers have to worry about orders being stuck in customs. Orders arrive in a timely fashion and rates are competitive. Recommend!

I didn't do the integration-- I was handed operations with Passport already installed, so I can't speak to the difficulty of that. However, it has been really great in my experience. International customers like knowing what they owe for taxes/duties ahead of time, and we can see this by looking at the data after installation. There was a noticeable bump in international orders once Passport was installed because the international conversion rate went up immediately. I wish that this service existed outside of the US (shipping from the UK to countries in Europe, for example).

Passport shipping is good with communication regarding shipping updates and any news regarding delays if any. The customer service team responds promptly. Competitive rates and easy checkout processes. Country-specific automized currency conversion for customers would be a great enhancement. Canadian shipping could be faster. Easy to integrate with the Shopify store. Overall good experience.

Makes the process of handling international shipments much much easier. Plus, our customers are able to get much clearer view of actual costs for delivery and customs. We have most definitely had less complaints about 'surpirse' customs and duties charges since using this app. So on the whole very good service to have setup if you ship internationally often.

International shipping is a total pain and Passport has made it much, much easier for us. The install and integration was completely manageable, even for someone with very little tech expertise and the customer services, while slow at times, is always helpful at seeing things through.

Updated Review, 3-star: While the app has had issues, after leaving a 1 star review, I was emailed directly from the Director of Customer Experience at Passport Shipping. Nick explained that the system flagged my email as spam and expressed his apologies for my experience, mentioning the Passport team is going to investigate this issue. While this isn't the app for our store, I think it's fair to give the app a 3 star rating for the unexpected set up. It is an increase from my previous review as they reached out and tried to make it right and I truly appreciate that. Previous Review, 1-star: The integration finished setting up before I accepted the terms and conditions. I reached out via email to see if my storefront qualified for this app because they have some products listed as not able to sell. I didn't accept the terms and conditions and before I even got a response, the pricing for Canada was updated without my consent and was charging less that we require. I have not heard back from my email and have not gotten ahold of anyone from this company. Since the app updated my pricing without my consent, I deleted the app and will be looking for another service.

Very happy with Passport, first used them when we used a fulfillment centre and kept bugging them until the launched a small business option when we move fulfillment in house. We were so happy when they did. They hepled set everything up and are very responsive if we have a problem. It has made international fulfillment so much easier and takes the worry out of charging the customer the wrong price.

So far I've been really happy with this service. Shipping to Europe had become almost impossible and this is a great solution!! The set up and customer service have been great so far. Thanks for providing this solution to a big pain point!!

The integration messed up the product pricing in my store somehow and was charging customers less based on location. Myself and Shopify reps could not get ahold of anyone from this company to help with the situation. After 3 weeks of no help or response from multiple attempts, I deleted the app and won't be back.

So far, I can not get a customer service rep to help. I followed all of the steps to enable DDP international shipping per their setup guide, but it isn't working at all, and I cannot get ahold of anyone at Passport App to assist. I'll update if anyone ever gets back to me via the multiple "support" channels they offer.

We started using Passport about a year ago. They allowed us to start shipping our products to our international customers. They deal with all the taxes, duties etc. Super easy! They've been a great partner for our business and have very helpful customer service!

So far, so good. Passport was very easy to install and set up (just two steps). We're just getting going with international shipping, but Passport is instrumental in allowing us to do so easily and seamlessley.

This app is amazing for my business. We wanted to go live with international at launch but didn't have a clue where to start and this Passport app makes going live international completely frictionless! It is easy to setup and even easier to use. Kudos to you Passport!
