Severe double taxation issue – ruins product costing We have been using this app for the past 3 to 5 months, and it has caused a lot of difficulties for our business. In our Shopify setup, our product prices already include taxes. However, this app applies an additional layer of tax, resulting in double taxation on our orders. We have tried everything to fix this, but the issue persists. If the support team cannot resolve this critical bug immediately, we will have no choice but to uninstall and switch to an alternative app. Merchants who sell with tax-inclusive pricing should beware.
Hi, Thank you for the feedback, and apologies for the trouble this caused with your costing. This can be fixed in the app's Settings — turn off the "Taxable on Products" toggle and click Save. The app will then stop adding tax on top of your tax-inclusive prices. We've also reached out to you over email with the details and are ready to help directly.
