Installed app - spotted an anomaly - emailed support - emailed support 3 weeks later - still no response ... without a response will be forced to uninstall and give up - quite dispiriting from a large company.
This was super easy to install, which makes me question if I've done everything I needed to because numerous people have written 1 star reviews about how hard it was. I am a bit confused though as I have a custom theme yet did not get the prompts shown in the video. All I had to do was press Save and the messaging appeared like magic! I guess time will tell if it's working as its meant to, but so far on the products I've checked the messaging is there and the pricing breakdown is correct. Thanks for this fabulous app and I hope it helps boost sales :)
