To be honest i don't know why people are having trouble with the app, Its quick and easy, no hassle at all. Don't even need to be technologically adept. A couple clicks and thats it.
Installed ok, and messaging working but unable to complete setup and support unable to help or even get back to me, avoid this app.
This app is a pain to work with. We spent countless hours with Paypal dev support to fix their CTAs, that are lousy. The app also breaks constantly. Cherry on top: when our business started growing fast we told customers to use Paypal for faster and more secure payment. As a result Paypal blocked our account, retaining payouts, damaging our business. Beware of the risks of Paypal and its lousy tech for merchants when you start selling!
PayPal later wasn’t working on my Shopify store. Someone from the team accessed my store, fixed any issues I was having, then got back to me to advise it was all working. This is now visible, I’m delighted. Thank you

It has taken a long time but finally got Pay in 4 activated, Evan Kirsh was helpful along the journey. Lots of back and forward with his team and also Paypal tech support to get reference payments disabled. Slow but got there in the end.
I was looking for a Product Selector custom JS code to use across templates on my Shopify website. The demo video only showed how to select the JS code for a single template. I reached out to support, and Evan Krish kindly suggested a few options to try. The codes were fairly generic, so I added a location on the page for the “Pay 4” copy to display. Now, the Pay 4 message appears on all templates! Thank you, PayPal, for such an amazing app — hoping this will help boost sales. I give 4 stars — only because it took a week for support to get back to me.
For the last 6 weeks (admittedly including the break over Xmas/new year), PayPal has been unable to solve a problem of the wrong 4-payment calculations showing on my website when Pay in 4 is activated. I had a call and the problem was clear. Week later another call but the person coming to that call still had no solution. It really shouldn't be this difficult.

Is the PayPal account used to login to the app based in one of the regions? If yes, the eligibility issue may be stemming from “Automatic Payments” enabled for your PayPal account. You can check this in Shopify -> Settings -> Payments -> PayPal. Automatic Payments are typically enabled when using apps like: - Subscription apps - Upsell apps To offer Pay Later and display Pay Later messaging: - Disable any subscription or upsell apps - Once disabled, reach back out for steps on how activate messaging through our dedicated app We've also contacted you directly via email, so feel free to reply there and let us know if you have any further questions. Unfortunately, the app does not allow changing the text color. This makes it completely useless for dark-themed stores, since the message is barely visible and there’s no option to set it to white. 0/5

Ensure the initial messaging activation is complete 2. Click on the “Customize Look & Feel” button 3. From here, you may customize the style of messaging including text color Let us know if this works and if you have any further questions at all. Can confirm after hours trying to follow the tutorial video that although i can get the messaging to show under a price with a dynamic price division. It will only work on 1 product type. For example i set this up on my grillz products. Will not show on any of my other products. Tried pressing the help button but nothing happens.
