We don’t recommend this app. We used it for several months and later discovered backend issues that had been costing us revenue — with no clear alerts or way to catch the problem early. When we finally identified the issue, we couldn’t resolve it through the app’s system or support. We were also paying over $100, sometimes even $200 per month, which made the experience even more frustrating. We’ve since switched to Seal Subscriptions, which is not only more affordable but also quickly resolved the issues we were facing. The one bright spot was the customer service — Sergey is extremely friendly and genuinely tries to help. But despite his support, the app just has too many limitations to be sustainable for our business.
