I had tried a couple of subscription apps, but they were a bit clunky in terms of how they interfaced with my store and the checkout process. This one integrates really seamlessly. It's also simple to set up, and when I did have questions, PayWhirl's support was quick and helpful.

I am so excited to use this app and the customer service is fantastic! Most of the automatic snippet installs worked with my theme, but two didn't (due to my theme not the app), so I contacted customer service, heard from them in less than 12 hours and they had it fixed for me for free within a short time.

I use this app to add a 'subscribe and save 10%' check-out-option to my online shop. The team support was amazing in doing all the work and testing the function on one product! I can really recommend this app and the valuable support behind it! 5 stars plus!

After waiting patiently for many years, finally, a perfect native recurring subscription solution has arrived for Shopify! With some tweaks, it was even possible to use it with our custom add to cart functions. Absolutely amazing, thank you guys for being so quick to release this!

Using this app for some time now and I'm in love with the customer service. It's really exceptional. "PayWhirl" is a small team and they are working around the clock to accommodate customers' needs. Asked them to make some custom changes, and they did it very quickly, answered all the questions, and made sure that I'm happy with how everything works. It's a very responsive team, so even IF you may experience some issues you can rest assured that you won't be left on your own.

The timing of this app was absolutely perfect. Upon seeing the promos, I immediately looked into it and added it to a product in my store. The details were pretty clear on set-up, but needed some guidance. Ryan was superb in providing guidance on the front-end and supporting the set-up and making sure everything was set-up as anticipated. Highly recommend adding this app to store. Essentialgifting

I added PayWhirl to add subscriptions to my store. Wasn't sure what to expect as it was new to the app store but it has far exceeded my expectations already. I had a good idea of the settings I was looking for in a subscriptions app and they had it all and more! Big thanks to Chris and Larry for the support when I ran into a hiccup during instal. FYI Setup was incredibly easy and step-by-step instructions were included, I just needed a little hand holding because I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to code.

I have been waiting a long time for a subscription app to be available, that didn't cost an arm and a leg! I had some issues setting up, because I am NOT tech savvy! Ryan was extremely helpful and got me set up right away!
