It is a really powerful app but the support is actually outstanding. Edwin is a massive help. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the chat. Off the charts, all around. Only small issue for me is the little buggy editing of texts in the editor and the magnetic function is not that accurate.

We use this app to issue invoices. I like that customers can download it themselves. The app also has a nice feature called “Send Email”! This is great for our specific B2B orders when the billing address and shipping address are different. There was a translation issue, but they fixed it. Thank you very much.

First off the product is incredible. It really helped me customize my invoicing templates and workflows to my shops specific needs. Additionally, Edwin's level of service is off the charts. I can't recommend the app highly enough.

Highly recommended! The team is very helpful and quick to assist. The app is excellent for all sorts of custom PDF and email templates. There are many useful in-built features and with the help of developers anything is possible. Also works great with the Shopify Flow app.

We tried so many apps for invoice. So far this is the best with most complete function and awesome app support.
