I filled out Cahoot’s contact form and promptly received a response from Garima. After discussing the basics of my business and the 3PL solutions I was looking for, she set up a call with Manish of Cahoot’s Solutions team. Manish understood the fulfillment challenges I was grappling with and empathized with the frustrations of dealing with inconsistent and sometimes lacking seller support. It felt like I was having a conversation with an old friend who gets what I was going through. Manish answered my questions and made some recommendations then created a customized fulfillment solution to get me on the right track. While the onboarding process was relatively simple and easy, implementation had its own set of unique challenges. This is where the Cahoot team shone the brightest. For every issue that came up, Jeremy and Rob were there to promptly resolve it, ensuring that we went live on schedule without glitches or bugs. The amazing Cahoot software is an easy-to-navigate command center that provides full visibility of orders, inventory, and products in a clean, uncluttered interface. To date, the Cahoot fulfillment team continues to work with me on finetuning and optimizing the process. The Cahoot support is prompt and personal, not monolithic and apathetic as some large companies tend to be. Cahoot is not only a great 3PL provider but also a strategic partner that goes above and beyond for its clients. They are a 5-star team of people who make it their business to care about yours.

Cahoot has a great app and tech platform for e-commerce and has been a great partner. I evaluated numerous competitors and they provided by far the most compelling combination of good pricing and service so I can scale my business backpack ventilation and comfort accessory (VentaPak) business up with new channels that they can easily help me connect with and fulfill orders from. Their people are top-notch and there to help you succeed as a partner.

Working with Cahoot is a fundamental part of our strategy for continuing to scale fast. We are an online-first eCommerce brand and work with Cahoot for 99% of our fulfilment needs: from B2C website orders through to B2B wholesale orders, Amazon SFP and replenishing Amazon FBA. Our inventory is placed nationwide for fast and affordable B2C orders, with an anchor node for large shipments. The most impressive part of working with Cahoot is the speed at which B2C orders are fulfilled, and the consistently affordable shipping rates obtained. Cahoot is clearly geared towards Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime, and excels at it via a network of strong fulfilment partners and a deeply knowledgeable team. Amazon SFP is such a demanding program, it is very difficult to find partners with the ability to pull this off. Looking ahead, we look forward to ongoing improvements in their software integrations and reporting capabilities. Specifically, the Shopify integration would benefit from adding inventory syncing and handling multiple Shopify locations. We are confident these will come: this team works very hard and is responsive to our feedback.

I’ve been using Cahoot for nearly 18 months now, both the warehouse exchange program, and their automated shipping label software. The warehouse exchange program is a no brainer. It allows me to offer 2-day shipping on my website in addition to driving more sales nationwide SFP on Amazon. And they make it extremely easy to fulfill orders for other sellers that ship inventory to me. It also enables new revenue streams because while I’m on the west coast, I have rather large products that I source on the east coast. I’m able to sell those SKUs that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to carry because it’s unprofitable for me to move them back and forth between coasts. The shipping label solution is 10x faster than any other (based on shipping over 100,000 packages using Cahoot), and I’ve tried several of the most popular ones. It automatically rate shops and creates the best labels without any effort from me. All I have to do is print them. It has all the popular features, but by far, the three best things are that I save several hours a day (time is so precious for SMBs), it seamlessly sends orders directly to my dropship suppliers, and it rate shops across all my carrier accounts that have different rates for different size/weight SKUs. That dedication to high performance is built right into the Cahoot software and the DNA of the company. I have shipped over 100k packages (and counting) using the Cahoot software, so I know. If I have an issue (which is seldom), I contact the Cahoot Support and it’s resolved in minutes. This app saves me a ton of time and money every single day!

We lost a lot of money using this app. First, the software loses lots of orders, so you can get kicked off Amazon etc. for late shipments. Many other issues as well, we would not recommend Cahoot.
