Super easy to set up and use. This app automatically delivers my digital products right after purchase, which saves me a lot of time and gives my customers a smooth experience. Highly recommended for anyone selling ebooks, courses, or downloadable files!

Vickram was really great! He was patient with me and helped me with everything I needed to make sure my digital product was running smoothly! Shruti was also amazing! She was able to spot the issue that I was having when verifying my email with DNS. Right away it was verified and I can finally have peace with my customers getting their download.

The app is exactly what I need at the moment: A free app to which my customers can download my digital content with ease. I haven't used it a lot so far, but I'm very happy with the kind and quick customer service that has helped me with the set up and making sure everything runs smoothly. Using this app is brilliant, straight forward and easy. Once I had some products organised, I contact the support team and connected with Vaishnavi, who was absolutely amazing. Their customer support was prompt and very helpful indeed. I highly recommend this app for your PDF downloads!

Customer support is awesome and super quick to respond! I love that I can upload files and link them to an existing product – so handy. Other apps didn’t let me access my already uploaded stuff. Big thanks for making such a great app – it’s a joy to use!

This app is awesome! Setup was easy and straight forward. Contacted support for branding removal, Gourav was very proactive and checked all the settings, did a test order, and remove branding while being extra helpful. Answered all the questions I had and made sure everything was up to my satisfaction. Thank you Gourav!

Customer service is great and quick to respond. I love that I can upload the files and connect it to an already existing product. Other similar apps didn't provide access to already uploaded files and that was so disappointing. Thank you for an excellent app!

I’m already impressed! The setup was super simple, and the features are exactly what I needed. It’s incredibly easy to use, which is a huge plus. I had been using another app before, but it didn’t offer enough access for uploading my digital courses and files. With this app, everything is seamless. Highly recommend!

It's a pretty good plugin and I like the process of customers receiving the email and being taken to a page where they can see all their downloads under one email. I did however encounter some scenarios that could be improved: a customer entered their email wrong so they never received the download email. I had to manually send each file over instead of one product link that contained all files. The links were pretty long too. I left some feedback and while they can't implement this feature now, it's on their to do list which I appreciate :) Also i know he meant well but he kept calling me sir even after i signed off and left (she/her) in my message - but no harm, just a little feedback for the support team, thank you! :)
