Customer support is stellar! I don’t know why they don’t have more reviews. I almost passed up the app because of it. This is a small company and they have a few things that could be improved, BUT, this app works, it’s free (as of writing this review), and I had instant access to a support chat to resolve my issue. (I just needed to do something differently.) I love that I can customize colors and whatnot. Gourav was very kind and patient and addressed every bit of feedback I had, as well as all my questions. I’m looking forward to updates on the future.

I think this is a great app for setting up your digital product store. It's easy to set up, does what it needs to do and the support is great. Shruti helped me check my app and verify everyting worked. All the responses were super quick and helpful. Thank you Shruti!

It took me a bit of time to figure out how to use this app. Where I struggled was with selling one product but with multiple variants; 2 art files with 2 different types of files (svg and png) and offered at 2 different price points. I was able to finally get it set it up the way I had wanted, and Gourav and Shruti were helpful and able to confirm it was working correctly. They both were also very kind and responsive to my needs. What would be very helpful to folks such as myself who are visual learners is having some YouTube "how to" tutorial videos available on your website or landing page.
