The app seems to be easier to use than another one I tried. I got help with checking that the app was working by Najmus who was quick, and the process was straightforward.

Ease of use, after loading files, I was able to run a test checkout to ensure products looked fine and email test link worked. Customer service is knowledgeable, nice and helpful, will even run an audit to verify working properly. So far, I would rate this 5 stars!

Excellent App & Outstanding Support! I'm extremely satisfied with Pendora! The app works smoothly for delivering digital downloads, and it's super easy to set up. The best part is their support team—they're incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful. I had a query and it was resolved almost instantly. Highly recommend this app if you're selling digital products on Shopify!

Very impressed of the response time from there customers care services. The uploadtime of the products onto my my store was extremely fast. I did to a test to make sure the item would reach my custimers without any issues A+. Best app that I've come across so far. Very good app. Works well and have never received any complaints from customers about not receiving their digital files upon purchase. Staff is helpful and very fast and responsive with their support. Highly recommend this app!

Fantasic App, makes the process so much easier. Customer service was quick and very helpful. Chat assistance is top tier. Najmus resolved my issue quickly and he was patient with me. It was definitely user error on my part.
