Set up with Mithun was easy and seamless. Just started using it so can't give an extensive review. As of now the app is free with only storage limits and seemingly unlimited bandwidth. However it's new, and they will be introducing pricing at some point in the future. Unclear what or when that will be.

I had a great experience with Digital Downloads PDF Pendora. I uploaded my first digital archive and asked their team to verify that everything was set up correctly before I started selling. They were extremely helpful and responsive. The support representative, Vijaya, was especially thorough and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. She carefully checked everything and even sent screenshots showing how the files were delivered after a test purchase, which gave me a lot of confidence that my customers will receive their downloads without any issues. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience overall. I definitely recommend this app to anyone selling digital products on Shopify.

I have been in the digital download industry for over 15 years and have had all kinds of experiences I could write a book about. Tonight was by far the best support and fast response to my questions from Pendora Digital. The system sets up fast, is flawless - emails are received within few minutes and I have to say, "Pendora Digital Downloads" knocks it out the park for me. So many other firms are good, but this app is the real deal. Thank you Pendora!
