I’m very happy with Pandora Downloads. The app is easy to set up and works perfectly for delivering digital products. Support was fast, friendly, and really attentive. Overall, a great experience and I definitely recommend this app.

This is a very helpful app, great customer service, ease of use, extremely fast customer service! 5 stars!! So far no issues at all with this app, unlike many others. Easy navigation within the app.

Very bad the app continuously freezes and is very very slow. Also the formats that they send the ebook out in is ugly.

Very happy with the app and especially with the customer support team. Prompt and thorough reply. The customer representative that I communicated with, Gourav, was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond and made sure all the concerns were addressed, and I am happy. Thank you! :) The only downside is that to enable the sender email to a custom one, I have to add a handful of DNS records to my domain provider records, which is time-consuming and confusing.

I just made my first Electronic file, and published it using Pendora. I had technical support by Praveen which was fast and very helpful during my testing of their app, and my file product. This app is sooo much better than my last digital download app. I was up and running in less than 10 minutes and Najmus was super helpful in getting my store verified so that I could take advantage of all their features. Thank you!
