Najmus was prompt and very helpful with making sure my product listing was up and running smooth. It's rare to get this kind of help with Shopify apps, and even rarer to hear back so quickly! Very appreciative to this crew for a smooth setup and top-tier customer service. Highly recommend :)

After using it for a while, the experience has been smooth. The settings are simple, and the admin responds quickly to questions in the chat. I hope there will be further improvements to enhance performance or add more customizable functions in the future.

This is a perfect app for ESD and serialized content - having both the download facilities and serial number distribution together in a VERY easy app to navigate makes this perfect. I appreciated the hands on activation and just the intuitive nature of the product itself. Give this a shot if youve got downloadable content.
