Great support and very useful app. It works well for managing digital downloads and integrates smoothly with the store. I had a small issue with orders that included multiple products staying in "pending preparation", and Najmus helped me resolve it quickly. Fast response, very professional, and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Super schnelle Hilfe beim Einrichten des Programms vom Service. Alles ist unabhängig davon sehr einfach und funktioniert sehr schnell. Ich kann das Tool sehr uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Praveen und Najmus waren besonders hilfreich und schnell in der Bearbeitung der Anfragen.

Bhushan was very quick to respond and extremely professional. The support was efficient, helpful, and my request was handled smoothly without any issues. I had one of the Shopify agents check to ensure I product was uploaded correctly and downloaded correctly. It was easy and quick. I am reassured that it works later for my customers to download. Im excited to se this extension. Thanks*Praveen*

So easy! I can't wait to create more product. Absolutely cannot go wrong on with this app. This turned out so professional and perfect, I'd recommend for anyone, regardless of your expertise. Dinesh popped up quickly to double check that the test order worked properly. He was friendly and efficient.

Great support experience! Najmus helped me check the entire Pendora setup, ran a test order, confirmed everything was working properly, and removed the watermark for me. Very professional and quick to help. Highly recommended!

My audio books in my Shopify store are not uploads. They are accessed via external URLs. I was told to go to the app FileFlare. BUT... Every time I tried to do something I was told I had to pay an upgrade. Then I found Pendora. Super quick and simple. I had all three of my audio book products correctly connected to the external link in less than 15 minutes. Via the chat they tested everything and even removed their brand. This is winner in my book.
