Update: I wanted to update my previous review because the support from the BoostPop team was outstanding. After I reported the issue, they investigated it immediately and identified the root cause within just a few hours. It turned out to be a compatibility issue caused by a shared CSS styling library used by both BoostPop and Klaviyo Sign-up Forms. They fixed the bug the same day and kept me updated throughout the process. I have now re-enabled BoostPop, and everything is working perfectly again. Both my Klaviyo embedded form and popup display correctly. Thank you so much for the incredibly fast support and for taking this issue seriously. It's great to see developers who respond so quickly and resolve problems immediately. I’m happily using the app again and can definitely recommend it.
Thank you for reporting this issue. The problem was caused by a shared CSS plugin library used by both Klaviyo and BoostPop, which created a temporary conflict between the two apps. Once the issue was reported to the BoostPop support team, we identified the cause and resolved it the same day. BoostPop and Klaviyo Sign-up Forms should now work together correctly.
