First tell you to leave a good review to remove the label, but after the review is left, the membership is required to remove the label. It's not okay
Just to clarify — the label can only be removed by upgrading. We never state otherwise, and a review alone does not remove the label. If you did find any place that said otherwise, please inform us ASAP. Sorry for any confusion!

I would recommend it to someone who doesn't mind the convoluted way to navigate through it. Once you stumble around a few dozen times you get the hang of it. Their support team is very responsive and helpful.
