We are having a great experience with the Lantern Quiz so far. We were able to implement a quite complex quiz logic to show exactly the product results that we need to have shown, and the team was super - like, extra - supportive (think getting customized Loom videos to answer your questions in detail) in implementing this. There are a few tiny extra features (really granular) that we would have liked to implemented that arent supported at the moment, but maybe those features come in the future and also, the price-value ratio speaks for itself.

I had pleasure of having the best support today while setting up my quiz. I am not extremely tech savvy, and Stefania helped me out with everything. She made sure that I was able to integrate the quiz even though my theme is not a 2.0 version. So we went with a button and also on the menu at the top of the website. She even made some extra customizations. I am very impressed with this app. Not to mention the quiz itself has customers raving! Thanks again!

Horrible I can't even add the quiz to my page it keeps saying it refuses to connect and also when I needed help the team wasn't even responding
Hi there. We're terribly sorry but we're not really sure what you're referring to in your message. There's nothing that needs to connect to be able to add the quiz to the store. We're very sorry as well that we were offline when you sent your original message, but we have replied within 1 hour of receiving it, as soon as someone was available. Our support team has been in touch several times since and we have not been able to contact you. We would love to do anything we can to clarify the issue and resolve this for you.

A few things I needed help with after I set up the flow. However, Pierre was SUPER helpful. Rating in 4 stars as getting to customize the flow text wasn't straight forward, but generally it's a great FREE option to start with

This app is great for creating quizzes but after all that work it doesn't work. I copy the link and even embedded the app onto the page and it still will not work.

Great, Waiting for app to launch certain updates so I am comfortable using the app quiz with large inventory. the requested feature is to match product to the quiz answer using tags.
Thank you for your feedback. We wanted to reach out and mention that there is now a simple way to adding products based on their tags and keeping them updated. You can do this via collection matching with automated collections. You can easily create automated collection inside Shopify based on product tags and once linked to your quiz, you can keep automated collections up to date with new inventory or existing tag changes using the resync function.
