We have had an excellent experience using this application and working with the PetDropShipper team! They have been super nice and helpful with any questions we have had about their services or products. The UI for the integration is a little different than traditional fulfillment applications but it is very simple to use and it works well. Thanks to this application our orders have been completely automated, including customer notifications like order status and tracking emails. This app has allowed us to grow our brand and focus on what matters, not tracking inventory and placing orders. Thanks PetDropShipper!

1 Star – The only positive is the variety of really good pet brands presented. For everything else, it’s an absolute 0: Support: Messages can be ignored for days, with no replies. Fulfillment: Orders are not fulfilled on time, and order statuses are only updated in Shopify after delivery, so clients don’t see tracking numbers or other details. UX: Very poorly designed; items cannot be merged as variants, and importing a single item is not possible—only entire categories can be imported. Privacy Policy: Clients from my store started receiving spam from Petdropshipper, which violates their privacy policy. Refunds: I was charged after removing the app and can’t get a refund. Now, I need to waste a lot of time with my bank to open a dispute and request a chargeback. In conclusion, I would say the app is overpriced and full of bugs. I can’t recommend it at all.

PetDropShipper is one of the best companies we have worked with! This app is absolutely amazing, it really simplifies everything and it is easy to use. If you have any questions, even related to how to make something work right with your store, they are so helpful! I highly recommend them if you want to take your business to the next level!!

Submitted a request for customer service twice with no response. App is difficult to use and is not suitable for loading groups of products at one time. App didn't list for me any products that could be used on Shopify store sales channel (all products were POS). This app shouldn't be listed on Shopify.

This step by step video, will aid you in downloading the app to integrating collections, products, price updates, order syncing, processing orders and explaining formats for online or brick and mortar business models. We take serious pride in our APP since there is nothing offered like this in the pet industry. Please call.
