Third class service. I had this app integrated on my website for 1 year; after an year they said my free trail is expired, which was never mentioned before as I always had the free version on. On top of that; they removed the reviews I received during the time; and the widget. Tried getting in touch with the support team multiple times; and they dont seem to be able to fix it; nor even identify the issue. ISSUE: You guys removed my reviews. Simple

Installed but then quickly realized there are better options. Uninstalled but now there's a stupid error showing on my site because Opinew didn't even uninstall properly. Absolute fail.

The support team is very responsive and helpful, and they clearly understand customer needs and value. They assisted me quickly and professionally whenever I needed help. Opinew Product Review is a goood plugin with excellent support behind it.
