The support team is very responsive and helpful, and they clearly understand customer needs and value. They assisted me quickly and professionally whenever I needed help. Opinew Product Review is a goood plugin with excellent support behind it.

Opinew is easy to use and helped me quickly import Amazon reviews. However, the second import brought in fewer reviews than expected, so I had to use the spreadsheet method. I ran into some image format issues, but customer support was very helpful and resolved it. Overall satisfied, but I hope automatic import can be more reliable.

I don't have experience of any other product reviews apps, but I have to say the support on Opinew is very good. They reply within minutes and they always see through the request, even in a different timezone. They also keep adding new features, which keeps my reviews fresh and up-to-date. John-Paris Kent

Easy to use. Quick to setup and import reviews. Quick support. I wish they had a better UI in line with LOOX. Otherwise, this is an excellent app.

Great help from Romana, the reviews look great in my shop. It would be nice if it could support multiple languages though.

Great support - very responsive and helpful. A little heavy to load, so I wish it were faster, but it does everything it purposes to do and does it capably.

Good app and we used this app for 1 year. But unfortunately, we are not happy with this app now because the app has poor customization of review format.....

Dashboard failed to render in Microsoft Edge, so I had to swap to Firefox. The Coupon widget is a bit confusing compared to the Shopify coupon interface. I am excited to see how this app works and will update once I have time to use it.
