The app is good but a little buggy but the customer service is really responsive.

This app is such a lifesaver for any wall art shop. It's super easy to set up, and it can handle so many variants. I tried other AR apps before this one, and none of them were easy as Picture It. Alex and his team are great, and the best part is that I never needed to call support, because it has worked since day one, even with thousands of listings for a huge catalog like mine. And I can see the change in my customer's behavior as soon as this app was added to my store. This makes a huge, huge difference, and I really love this app. Highly recommended.

Have just started using this app. We have many variants and it's taken a little while to get our heads around the settings however the developer, Alex, has been super-responsive and happy to assist. We are looking forward to rolling it out across our entire range. It's working as expected and we also love the built in analytics so we can track how much it's being used.

Great app. I was impressed by how well it works. Support is great as well - I had a translation issue, and they helped resolve it really fast.

Picture It team have been instrumental in helping us launch our 8M+ variant catalog with AR features. We tested several solutions on the market, and Picture It was by far the best fit for our needs. The platform is flexible, fast, and works extremely well at scale. One of the biggest factors for us was website performance, and Picture It did not negatively impact our site load times, which was absolutely critical. Alex has also been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I can reach him seven days a week and he would respond almost immediately. I highly recommend Picture It. It’s absolutely worth the time and effort to give it a try.

After many years of testing and trialing different apps this is THE ONE! Firstly impressed with the customer support and how quickly they get back to you as well as how patient they are while you're learning the ropes. Then the functionality has been set-up to a point where you can have a fast and easy onboarding and the app does most of the heavy lifting. The final product is solid and I can't wait for my customers to use it.

I started with a BOT chat but my problem couldn't be resolved. I was then forwarded to Alex who solved my problem quickly. I love this APP and it is exactly what I wanted to improve my customers experiences.

Picture It has quickly become an invaluable part of my e-commerce website. After demo-ing other virtual room software for my Shopify photo gallery - my best experience by far, has been with Picture It. For example: literally within a minute of typing a tech question to the support team, Alex himself (owner of Picture It) responded immediately. He took as much time as was needed to show me how to achieve the various things I was trying to do; even sending me screen shots and customized video to show me exactly how to execute the changes on my own. And where the tech did not exist to do certain things yet, Alex made product design notes with an enthusiastic offer to incorporate into the software program. I've never in my professional life received such a superior level of tech and customer support than I have with Picture It. Even before Alex responded to my text, an AI guide appeared with detailed suggestions on what to do next. With Picture It, customers that come to my online photo gallery can now see what each piece of art looks like on a virtual wall, and they also have the option to view in AR on a room in their own homes. I am confident this software program - both now - and as it develops further - will be an invaluable tool in helping customers decide what pieces of art, sizes and frame options work best, before they make the final purchase. This is very, very bad! I do not recommend using this app, as it does not provide the promised features as described. It constantly breaks, freezes, and doesn’t work. The support team does not fix the issues and doesn’t respond to requests in a timely manner.

We’ve been using Picture It to offer a live preview / “view in your room” experience for our wall art, and it’s been a great addition for conversions and customer confidence. The app is easy to set up, the preview experience looks professional, and it helps reduce hesitation before purchase. Support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed guidance (especially with placement and theme setup). Overall, a solid app for any store selling wall art or decor that benefits from visualization. Highly recommended!

After trying multiple AR apps, this is the only one that correctly displayed my offering. Canvas, paper, matting options, framing options, with enough product options that allowed me to stay within budget. The flow is seamless and I know it's going to help inform my clients of their future purchases. The CEO even took my feedback into consideration and will likely be implementing it, which was a very nice touch. I look forward to having this software be a part of my offering!
