This is very, very bad! I do not recommend using this app, as it does not provide the promised features as described. It constantly breaks, freezes, and doesn’t work. The support team does not fix the issues and doesn’t respond to requests in a timely manner.

Great and user-friendly app It is a great and well-designed app. It’s easy to use and provides a smooth and valuable experience for customers. The support team is also excellent and very friendly. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using Picture It to offer a live preview / “view in your room” experience for our wall art, and it’s been a great addition for conversions and customer confidence. The app is easy to set up, the preview experience looks professional, and it helps reduce hesitation before purchase. Support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed guidance (especially with placement and theme setup). Overall, a solid app for any store selling wall art or decor that benefits from visualization. Highly recommended!

After trying multiple AR apps, this is the only one that correctly displayed my offering. Canvas, paper, matting options, framing options, with enough product options that allowed me to stay within budget. The flow is seamless and I know it's going to help inform my clients of their future purchases. The CEO even took my feedback into consideration and will likely be implementing it, which was a very nice touch. I look forward to having this software be a part of my offering!

This app not only encourages users to make purchases, but also facilitates communication by visualizing how the prints will look when displayed. Support is excellent. Although I'm a Japanese store, I receive flexible support via email.

Picture It has completely transformed the way we handle product images on our store. The interface is intuitive, the results are consistent, and the latest bulk-edit feature has just saved us hours of tedious work. What really sets it apart is the responsiveness of the team, Alex and co. listen to feedback, and then actually deliver. Fast. We discussed a feature last week, and it’s already live. That kind of service is rare. If you care about how your products are presented and want an app that just works (and keeps getting better), Picture It is a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

Please bring back the desktop version of the AR. There is now a scannable QR code which only allows the live mobile AR version and it doesn't work very well on my Galaxy S24 Ultra. The desktop version was so handy.

This AR app is fantastic. It lets prospects see exactly how my art looks on their wall using just their smartphone. Super easy to use, fast setup, and it’s made my business feel way more modern. Highly recommend to any artist or gallery owner.
