I installed this app because I was evaluating it for my Shopify store before deciding whether to subscribe. Before paying for the service, I contacted Omega through this app’s live chat on June 14th to ask for assistance and better understand the product. Unfortunately, I never received any reply from a support agent. The only response was the automatic acknowledgment message. In my opinion, pre-sales support says a lot about the level of service a company provides. If a potential customer cannot get answers before subscribing, it is difficult to have confidence in the support that would be available afterward. For that reason, I decided not to subscribe and chose to look elsewhere.

Joyce from Omega helped me install the app. And to solve some issues I had. (wrong installment by the webdeveloper) She was so patient and understanding! And she stayed with me online, even followed up the next day untill she was sure that everything was just right! I am very thankful for all of her help!

The tracking works really well! Always had problems with the Pinterest tag not tracking 50% of the conversions. After installing the app the problem was still there.... but the competent support found and solved the problem within 3 days. Now almost all sales and all other conversions are tracked really reliably. Thanks again!

The Apps from Omega always won't let you down. If you are trying to install Pinterest tag via GTM, it could be hard for you to config the data layer. No worries, Omega is fine, free to install and help you out.
