I only get a blank screen upon opening. There is no navigation option except three little dots in the corner, both from my mobile device and my computer.

They have cost me thousands of dollars and wasted my time over and over not fulfilling orders...I had numerous chargebacks and the ones they did and did not fulfill after countless emails back and forth...Im done with them and shopify at this point!!!

Could never get products to be available to sell. Every time I added to a cart I would get the sold out message. Shopify support points you back to Pixels for support as they could not resolve - Pixels support is non-existent - never reply to support requests.

So, I have been using Pixels for a few years. The orders usually go out in a couple of days. The quality is good. HOWEVER, if there is a problem with an order, it takes days to get an answer, and often their response doesn't make any sense. I've had a few orders that were just NOT processed, even when they say they were. I have to believe the customer never lies about not getting their order, so I always refund their money. My best customer let me know a week ago that she didn't receive the shirt she ordered. It took over 24 hours to Pixels to respond to my support email. And the response said it was shipped MY location (not the customers). However, it did NOT come to my address. I let them know 2 days ago, and I'm still waiting for a response. I am planning on moving all of my products to Printful over the next few months. I did my research:)

The main thing you should consider before using Pixels for dropshipping is that they have basically no customer service in my experience. If you have issues...good luck getting a response or any timely advice on how to troubleshoot. Compared to other dropshippers, they do not have a modern or user friendly interface. For example, when a customer places an order on my shop, it can take hours..days...before there is update on Pixels about whether this order was received. It's frustrating to not even see the progress until the order is actually being fulfilled because it makes you think that you order hasn't been received at all. Have had much better experience overall with Printful.
