Very bad experience. After installing the FREE app they start charging you for EVERY order that comes into your e-shop but not from TIKTOK!! Watch out for this! This is not mentioned in the plan and is very confusing and misleading. I have read their plan, understood but not correctly! I paid approximately $160 USD completely unnecessarily. They just talk to support and don't want to help. I definitely do not recommend this as an award winning Shopify seller!

I highly recommend this app as it allows me to effectively track conversions from TikTok. In my country, the official TikTok app isn't available for installation, and this tool has been invaluable in helping me run ads without losing potential customers, even when a pixel isn't installed

We have been charged £190 a month for this app despite not using it. That's a shocking amount to charge

Our app provides rich analytics on your events, which is why we track as soon as you install the app. Once you connect your TikTok Pixel, we add the pixel to your store and also start sending the tracked events over to the pixel via the Events API. We urge store owners to set up the pixel right after installation to ensure maximum value from our app. We also urge stores to take advantage of the analytics features we offer.
