Our app provides rich analytics on your events, which is why we track as soon as you install the app. Once you connect your TikTok Pixel, we add the pixel to your store and also start sending the tracked events over to the pixel via the Events API. We urge store owners to set up the pixel right after installation to ensure maximum value from our app. We also urge stores to take advantage of the analytics features we offer. We do also offer a generous refund policy. Whenever you're not satisfied with our service, you can reach out to us and we're more than happy to offer refunds in most cases. The application is fine, but charging by the number of orders is abusive, especially for orders of 50 or more ... I end up paying $168 for an app just to connect a pixel. Very expensivev!

AdTrace for TikTok Pixel is a scam. When downloading, I read that there is a free period until there are no purchases. I connected the TikTok Pixel but the Facebook Pixel didn't connect. I've had a few purchases on Facebook that had nothing to do with the TikTok Pixel. TikTok Pixel decided that with its help there are sales on Facebook and switched to the paid version. Support did not help. This is a scam!!!

I had a small misunderstanding regarding the app features. Conner was quick to rectify the issue and went over the top with his customer service. I greatly appreciate Shopify app sellers who are quick to act and do right by their customers. If you have an issue do not hesitate to reach out to them, they've been very helpful thus far.
