We installed this app specifically to overcome Shopify’s native discount limitations, which is exactly what third-party apps in this category are meant to do. Instead of collaborating on possible solutions, workarounds, or technical alternatives, support repeatedly deflected by referencing Shopify’s discount engine. Something we already understand and the very reason we are paying for an external solution. More concerning was the tone of communication. Rather than simply stating technical constraints, the representative escalated the situation unnecessarily, claimed to have reported the conversation to Shopify, and made vague allegations about our “behaviour” and “threats” without providing any specifics. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional in a standard customer-support interaction. We asked one simple thing: whether the app could achieve our required discount logic through configuration, workaround, or development. A clear yes or no would have sufficed. If your app cannot meet advanced discount scenarios, that should be communicated transparently, without intimidation, deflection, or insinuations. Based on our experience, we would caution other merchants to carefully validate whether this app truly extends Shopify’s limitations before committing.

Mismo comentario que en nuestra tienda B2C aplicable al B2B. La app presta todas las soluciones de promos y upselling necesarias. El soporte es muy ágil y resolutivo, atendiendo peticiones para añadir nuevos features.

We wanted to offer quantity-based discounts in Shopify, but the native “Discounts” options were too limited. With Planet, we configured all the bundles across the store in less than half an hour. We also redesigned our cart to include a progress bar with rewards, upsell options, and a “Total Saved” section to highlight the real savings users get. Highly recommended for any upsell or cross-sell action across the entire store.

Planet es una app que nos va a dar mucha agilidad y flexibilidad a la hora de configurar tarifas profesionales complejas, así como múltiples promociones para cliente. Tiene multitud de opciones de configuración, lo que le permite adaptarse a diversos criterios de negocio, por lo que nos será muy útil en el desarrollo de nuestra estrategia en la web.
