10/10 Customer service, and great app! I hunted around 8-10 different discount apps looking for a mix+match discount solution. came across Planet and their team was super responsive and built exactly what i was after within 10-15 minutes. works great and customer service was epic. thanks again so much!

Me encanta, hace un dias que la tengo instalada y creo que ya no puedo vivir sin ella XD. De lo mejor y mas cómodo que he visto y encima tuve una videoconferencia que me invitaron para aclarar dudas de la APP y me entere que están en constante progreso con la APP, implementando nuevas funciones y características muy interesantes, asi que estoy esperando con ansia esas nuevas funciones, jejejejej. La recomiendo sin dudarlo 100%

We were looking for an App to make combinations of discounts and packs and this is undoubtedly the best we have found, the support is a 10 they solve any doubt instantly. I recommend it without a doubt.

This is our first app review as Planet stands out and goes above and beyond. We are a small ecommerce shop but Planet treated us and our unique discount needs like we were their largest client. They created a code and discount that we have not been able to find with any other app. Thank you Sergio and team-we can't wait to create other discounts that will add to our sales review.

De momento muy satisfecho, me permite generar ofertas y descuentos y regresar al precio original al finalizarlas de manera automática, muy intuitivo. La posibilidad de modificar de forma masiva tags o precios me facilita mucho el trabajo. Muy buen tiempo de respuesta ante alguna consulta.

I find clients respond much better to having price changes visible in products rather than applying discount in cart. This App makes having visible discounts a breeze. Great customer service as well.

La aplicación es excelente, he probado varias Apps para el tema de cambio de precios y está se ajusta a todas mis necesidades, mi experiencia ha sido un excelente 360° es intuitiva, flexible, rápida y eficiente. Aunado a toda su tecnología e innovación un pilar importante es el tema de Servicio gracias a Sergio por brindarme el soporte 24/7 de forma muy detallada y ágil. Si quieres optimizar tiempos y requieres agilidad en tus procesos Planet es tu mejor opción.

Super responsive customer service. Members of the team reached out and asked how they could personally help me & my business to succeed, which is above and beyond. I wish their UI had an option for larger text, but it works really well overall. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to manage discounts on their Shopify store.
