really simple, easy to use and customize. I'm not a coder and can appreciate EASE & SIMPLICITY; yet, it doesn't look like a cheap pop-in on the webpage and functioned right away.

No other Popup software is as detailed and fully integrated into Shopify. By far, I would say this is the best option; however, there are a few concerns so far: 1. Tech support is slow at getting back. I would expect responses within 24-hours and they are slow. 2. No Support for SVG. This is huge for space and resizing to make it look crisp. 3. Overall the Editor is very clunky. It's not as intuitive and easy to use as I would have hoped. 4. The templates are just OK and very basic. I would have hoped for some more up to date templates. Overall as I said, this is one of the best you are going to get and it is very much integrated into Shopify. I just wish the interface was a bit more clean and editing was better.

I downloaded poptin to increase sales and offer discounts. It has been great so far. I would definately recommend as an extra marketing app on your shopify app collection.

Poptin helped me make a pop-up banner for discount codes on my website with Shopify. It took only a little tinkering, and the design process was very easy with lots of small understandable steps. I love that the app itself does all the work of adding the code, setting triggers, and targeting different types of customers rather than making me try to figure out all the complicated bits. Using the Free version right now, for which there seem to be no current catches, but might go to the Basic paid version sometime in the future.

I was excited to use this as it actually had the scratch feature that is very interactive for customers whereas other apps claim to have a scratch feature and it was just a “click” to get the code. I liked that, that’s the only reason why you got two stars besides that I did all the installation edited everything , looks really good, (editing was finnicky, having to make backgrounds transparent repeatedly to get rid of ‘wave’, very time consuming).linked to my Shopify and it’s nowhere to be found on the website and to make matters worse there’s no help, email us or contact us button anywhere to get in touch with them. I’m gonna have to delete it and re-download the app I had previously that doesn’t have the fantastic scratch option

The app is very easy and simple to use. I had trouble viewing the pop-up at first, so I asked for help from their tech support. They respond in less than 10 minutes and have been very helpful! Apparently, I was just using old cookies and the pop-up was working perfectly on my website
