I've tested most of the interactive signup pop-up plugins on Shopify, and this one provides the most comprehensive range of interactive signup options while also offering great design freedom for creating pop-ups that match your website's key values. Unlike other plugins, which mostly rely on default templates, this one allows for more pop-up customization. However, there are some bugs in the plugin, especially when designing it, and it took me quite some time to create a satisfactory pop-up. But the good news is that their customer service team is always available online and able to assist with any issues you may encounter, and they are really patient. Having a responsive customer service team is rare these days, and it's one of the main reasons why I'm willing to use this plugin. If I were to suggest some improvements, I would recommend adding more design elements, especially for the wheel of fortune feature, as well as streamlining the design interface to make it more user-friendly for new users. Overall, I highly recommend this plugin, and I think the responsive customer service team is a core competitive advantage. And I can see that they did put a lot of effort into designing this plugin.

I just started using this today but it seems great. The popups are working and they are very customizable. There are plenty of customization methods and support was very quick to respond by chat.

excellent app, pop ups can be adjusted to exactly what you need from colours to timing of the showing of the popup, they keep improving the features this app, used it off and on for many years, professional popup feel if you spend the time adjusting colours and fonts etc. live support is there and ready to help, even on the free plan.

Highly recommend poptin! This app just simplifies everything you need to do, it's a life saver! everything is so neatly laid out unlike all these other apps that I tried to use before this which are hopeless. THIS APP IS A MUST!!

Excellent app for small businesses with low budget, especially if you operate multiple stores. Consistently brought in additional revenue with the various pop-ups which can be customized for mobile and desktop views. Super prompt and helpful customer service too! Thanks Osama!

Very nice pop ups and customer service, We use it to recover the carts, it shows when the user adds something to the cart and then continues navigating.

Es bastante intuitiva y funciona bien. No hace falta saber de programación, ni insertar ningún código en ninguna parte ya que lo hace la app automáticamente.

Ho utilizzato l'app per creare dei popup con form contatti collegato a sendinblue. L'app è molto intuitiva e l'assistenza molto efficiente, la consiglio!

really simple, easy to use and customize. I'm not a coder and can appreciate EASE & SIMPLICITY; yet, it doesn't look like a cheap pop-in on the webpage and functioned right away.

No other Popup software is as detailed and fully integrated into Shopify. By far, I would say this is the best option; however, there are a few concerns so far: 1. Tech support is slow at getting back. I would expect responses within 24-hours and they are slow. 2. No Support for SVG. This is huge for space and resizing to make it look crisp. 3. Overall the Editor is very clunky. It's not as intuitive and easy to use as I would have hoped. 4. The templates are just OK and very basic. I would have hoped for some more up to date templates. Overall as I said, this is one of the best you are going to get and it is very much integrated into Shopify. I just wish the interface was a bit more clean and editing was better.
