אני משלם כל חודש 59$ על גירסת PRO אבל מופיע לי גירסת FREE בדומיין השני ניסיתי לפנות בתמיכה בצט אבל אין ממש תמיכה ולא מצליח לסדר זאת חבל כי האפליקציה ממש טובה חבל שלא ניתן שרות ללקוחות הפרימיום

Great app for creating email capture pop ups! Easy to install and connect with Shopify store & ESP. Easy user interface even without coding knowledge. Drag and drop builder & fully customizable templates make it very easy. Nice reporting dashboard too. Live chat is not based in the U.S. so hours are difficult if you're U.S. based, but if you can stay on late one night to connect with them they are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I've tested most of the interactive signup pop-up plugins on Shopify, and this one provides the most comprehensive range of interactive signup options while also offering great design freedom for creating pop-ups that match your website's key values. Unlike other plugins, which mostly rely on default templates, this one allows for more pop-up customization. However, there are some bugs in the plugin, especially when designing it, and it took me quite some time to create a satisfactory pop-up. But the good news is that their customer service team is always available online and able to assist with any issues you may encounter, and they are really patient. Having a responsive customer service team is rare these days, and it's one of the main reasons why I'm willing to use this plugin. If I were to suggest some improvements, I would recommend adding more design elements, especially for the wheel of fortune feature, as well as streamlining the design interface to make it more user-friendly for new users. Overall, I highly recommend this plugin, and I think the responsive customer service team is a core competitive advantage. And I can see that they did put a lot of effort into designing this plugin.

I just started using this today but it seems great. The popups are working and they are very customizable. There are plenty of customization methods and support was very quick to respond by chat.

excellent app, pop ups can be adjusted to exactly what you need from colours to timing of the showing of the popup, they keep improving the features this app, used it off and on for many years, professional popup feel if you spend the time adjusting colours and fonts etc. live support is there and ready to help, even on the free plan.
