Hi Im getting charged by an app called Post Studio Social Auto Post & I uninstalled it a month ago. They are even charging me $29 a mth when it was only $19.99 unlimited. How do I stop them from charging me?
Thanks for reaching out. I see you installed the app on June 29th and cancelled on August 8th based on the shopify records. There's a 7 day free trial but you had it for over a month so thats why it was charged. The charge for 19.99 is in US Dollars. Shopify manages the ability to charge you so since you've cancelled you can't be billed again. Feel free to reach out to support. Thanks
It does post posts to Facebook and Instagram. Chat gpt is very limited, since it uses outdated 4o model. Support is non existent, since the chats are not being responded to for days. Stories styles/ ways to post it are very very limited. Rules with which you post are also fairly limited... Would love to rate the module better, but support situation is bad.
Just found out about this and WOW what a time saver! So happy to have found it.
It saves a huge amount of time. I used to spend about 3 hours every Sunday planning and scheduling business posts for the week ahead but now I spent about 10 minutes setting this up and my instagram and Facebook posts and stories are automated without repeating products.
